Our story
We source at 85°E, we serve at your table.
85°E is the meridian that runs through the world's most legendary coffee regions — from the cardamom hills of Kerala to the highlands of Ethiopia. We named our café after it because every cup we serve is a direct line from those farms to your morning.
Our roastery is small, our team is obsessive, and our beans are roasted to order every Tuesday and Friday. Same with our pastries: laminated, layered, baked from 5am.
